We meet every Tuesday at 7.15 pm. Rehearsals begin with a physical warm up (which could be undertaken seated if necessary), followed by a vocal warm up. You would be most welcome to join in with us.
(We continue to observe Covid guidelines, so please do not attend if you generally feel unwell or have cold like symptoms. Hand sanitiser is provided.)
Reading music is not a requirement, though it does help. The main criteria is to be able to sing in tune. If you decide you are interested in joining us, a voice test will be held on your first visit to establish your range. You will be asked to learn a song in your part, and in 4 weeks, there will be an audition. This involves singing your part along with 3 or 4 members of the chorus. You will be allocated a 'buddy' to support you throughout the process.
NB: Please note that there will be a weekly charge of £5.00, payable in cash, after your initial first two weeks rehearsals up until you start to pay your monthly subscription.
